1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services provided by Lead Flow 247 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Lead Flow 247 supplies digital tools and marketing systems designed to help UK businesses improve their online presence, generate enquiries, and manage customer communications.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Services We Provide

Lead Flow 247 provides various digital and marketing services, including:

Landing pages and custom websites

Website hosting

Lead management system (Lead App)

Google Business Profile optimisation

Review automation and management

Automated text/email confirmations

Missed-call text-back systems

Paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Google etc.)

Trusted Traders promotional placements

Branding, logo refresh, and content support

Services may be updated or enhanced at any time.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer two payment structures:

3.1 Monthly Rolling Plan

Subscription renews every month.

You may cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice.

First month must be paid upfront before any work begins.

Websites take approximately 7–14 days per page (aiming for sooner).

3.2 Annual Plan (12-month term)

Pay in full upfront.

Price is equivalent to 10 months, with 2 months free.

Non-refundable.

4. Setup Fee & Build Fee

4.1 Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee may apply depending on your package.

4.2 Website Build Fee (Optional)

Occasionally, a website build fee may apply depending on project complexity.
If applicable, this will be communicated before work starts.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Services, clients must:

Complete an onboarding form

Supply accurate business information

Provide images, logos, and content where required

Grant access to relevant accounts (Google, Facebook, etc.)

Failure to provide required information may delay the project.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Payments

All subscriptions are billed automatically unless cancelled with notice.

6.2 Non-Payment Policy

If payment is missed:

Day 1–7:

We will attempt to collect payment and contact you.

After 7 days:

Your website and all connected Services may be suspended.

Hosting, Lead App access, emails, automations, and linked systems may be disabled.

After continued non-payment:

Your website, content, files, hosting, automations, and account data may be permanently deleted.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

We accept no liability for losses caused by non-payment.

7. Domain Ownership & Transfers

If we purchase your domain on your behalf, it remains owned and controlled by Lead Flow 247 until transferred.

If your subscription ends, you may request a domain transfer.

A £50 transfer fee applies.

Domains will not be transferred if there is an overdue balance.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require 14 days’ written notice.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

Once cancelled, all services stop, including:

Hosting

Website access

Lead App access

Email/SMS automations

Review management

Google Business support

All associated data may be removed from our systems.

9. Advertising Services

For clients purchasing advertising services:

9.1 Minimum Ad Spend

Client must commit to £500/month minimum ad budget.

9.2 Handling Fee

Up to 20% handling/management fee on ad spend up to £1,000.

15% handling/management fee on spend above £1,000.

9.3 Results Disclaimer

Advertising results vary based on:

Location

Competition

Budget

Industry

Market demand

We make no guarantees of leads, sales, or outcomes.

10. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

Lead Flow 247 does not guarantee:

Number of leads

Quality of leads

Sales increases

Google rankings

Any specific business outcome

Marketing performance varies for each business.

11. Refund Policy

No refunds are offered on:

Monthly subscriptions

Annual subscriptions

Setup fees

Advertising management fees

Completed design or digital work

All payments are final.

12. Data Protection & GDPR

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All customer and lead data is processed and stored through:

LeadConnector — our GDPR-compliant platform.

We do not store customer data locally.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

Payments are missed

You breach these Terms

Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour is detected

You misuse our systems or software

We may delete all data associated with the suspended account after termination.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, systems, copywriting, and automations created by Lead Flow 247 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You may not copy, resell, or transfer our systems without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Lead Flow 247 is not liable for:

Loss of leads, revenue, or business

Issues caused by third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, LeadConnector, Stripe, etc.)

Downtime or technical issues beyond our control

Incorrect content provided by the client

Performance of any paid ads

Our total liability will not exceed one month of service fees paid.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in UK courts.
